It was another successful Pledge Week at AAN during the week of 25th to 29th June 2018. Pledge week is our annual activities week where students develop their Leadership, Organisation, Resilience, Initiative and Communication skills as part of our commitment to develop the whole child and nurture the attributes of the Attleborough student.
On the Monday, Year 8 and 9 students visited Easton & Otley College whilst Year 7 students explored elements of the PSHE curriculum with a 'Healthy Lifestyles' event. For the remainder of the week a whole host of activities took place, including residential trips to Paris and Wales, watersports excursions, a theatre trip and trips to Go Ape and Whitlingham park.
It was a wonderful week for the students to develop and share their many talents and skills outside the traditional classroom setting. A full summary to follow in the Autumn term's Academy Times.
